What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I have an older brother who seeing him growing up playing football and my family is really into football and when I got into it I had a knack for football.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My high school career winning 3 consecutive state championships and helping my team in college get to a conference championship game and win a new year’s six bowl.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

Just further my career and doing everything I can right now to have a team believe in me well beyond college ball.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Maxx Crosby, because he’s a weapon in the game of football and I think we could vibe, we have the same interests outside of football.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

My father, I got to see what a true work ethic was like and I got to see this man in sickness and health, rain or shine go to work and I want to take his work ethic and do the same things he did.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Either the Rams, San Francisco or Eagles defense, the way they use the skillsets of the guys up front and get them to be productive on the football field.

What should we know about Brendon Evers the person?

A guy who has an amazing work ethic and truly loves the game the way it is on and off the football field and that’s what the draft process is for me.

What stands out about your film the most?

Probably my aggressive point of attack, great hand placement and having great gap integrity at the line of scrimmage.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

My college career hasn’t been storybook and I had injuries in the last season and I just look for a new dawn and go for the ultimate goal because that’s what football is all about.

What would a team get in a player like you?

Incredible work ethic, selfless attitude, always willing to do what the team needs and carries himself as a professional on and off the football field.

What do you love the most about the game of football?

It’s a game and only a very few amount of people get to keep playing the further you go and I love the relationships you get that comes with the game of football and grateful where it has gotten me.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Brock Martin, we played our whole career at Oklahoma State together but if there’s somebody who has pushed me further than anyone it’s him and we are both going through this draft process together and he’s an underrated edge rusher.
